1000 E Madison is a flexible Seattle event space created for people who want more freedom, more energy, and more possibilities when planning an event. Located in Capitol Hill, one of Seattle’s most connected and creative neighborhoods, the venue was built to serve a wide range of needs, from intimate gatherings and private celebrations to community events, business functions, and large-format experiences.
Our venue at 1000 E Madison St, Seattle, WA 98122 offers a unique setup that makes it easy to think beyond a single-room rental. With two floors and an outside area, clients can design events with movement, flow, and personality. One level can be used for arrivals, check-in, cocktails, or networking, while another can host a presentation, live entertainment, dining experience, or private activation. The outdoor area opens the door for food trucks, open-air socializing, vendor booths, and additional guest engagement.
At 1000 E Madison, we believe a great Capitol Hill event space should feel accessible and exciting while still being practical for event organizers. That is why we support events ranging from 20 to 200 guests and offer optional event planning assistance to help bring each vision together. Clients can get support with catering, audio and visual needs, decor coordination, layout planning, and other event details that help reduce stress and improve execution.
Our goal is simple. We want to be a go-to event space in Seattle for people who are creating experiences that matter. That could mean a birthday party, community fundraiser, brand pop-up, panel discussion, company mixer, art event, launch party, workshop, or live entertainment concept. We welcome a variety of event styles and work to make the space adaptable to each one.
More than just a rental venue, 1000 E Madison is a place where ideas come to life. It is a place for community, creativity, celebration, and connection. If you are looking for a Seattle event space with character, flexibility, and room to grow your event concept, we invite you to come see the space in person.
